What information Ayah E-learning Institute collects when you register or contact us, what we use it for, who else can see it, and how to have it removed.
Ayah E-learning Institute collects only the information needed to schedule and run your classes — typically a student name, age, country and contact details submitted through our registration or contact forms. We do not sell or rent that information to anyone, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Information We Collect
When you fill in our registration or contact form, we ask for the information needed to arrange classes: the student's name and age, the country and time zone you are in, your email address and phone or WhatsApp number, which course you are interested in, and whether you would prefer a male or female tutor.
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers through this website. Fees are settled directly by bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or PayPal, and those payments are handled by the payment provider — not stored by us.
This website stores one small item in your browser: your light or dark theme preference. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is not used to identify you.
How Your Information Is Used
Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Your details are shared only with the tutor assigned to the student, and with the small team who arrange scheduling.
Two third parties are involved in the normal running of this site, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it. This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. And if you contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation is carried on WhatsApp's own service under their terms and privacy policy, not ours.
We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking on this website.
What You Can Ask Us To Do
Information About Children
Most of our students are children, and their details are provided by a parent or guardian rather than by the child. We collect the minimum needed to teach: first name, age, and the course. We do not ask children for personal information directly, and we do not contact a child without a parent's knowledge.
If you are a parent and want to know exactly what we hold about your child, or want it removed, email elearningayah@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
